Important Notes
All newly selected staff must commit to working at the Visitors Center for a minimum of four weeks in the summer of 2026—any combination of weeks between May 18 and August 14. (Four weeks is the minimum, but new staff are welcome and encouraged to commit to as many summer weeks as they are able to.) Summer is one of the busiest times of the year for campus visitors, and newly selected Visitors Center staff are the primary staff members assigned during the summer. Staff development and social activities will be planned throughout the summer, and it’s a great time for connecting with teammates and for refining the skills necessary to be a Tour Leader.
First-round, group interviews will take place in person shortly after the application deadline. Second-round, individual interviews will begin in person the week after group interviews.
Those selected to join the Visitors Center staff are required to participate in an in-person training session on December 7, 1:00-6:00 pm.
All newly selected staff must be available in-person for at least six hours per week of training for a six-week period during spring 2026. Training will be scheduled to accommodate class schedules and other standing commitments.
